Current turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. This timeframe depends on the size of your order and the tumbler design. Please purchase the rush order listing if you need your order before the estimated turnaround time. To request a glitter color change, add chunky glitter or add additional decals visit the tumbler add-on section and add the listing to your order. If you do not add the add-on listing your tumbler will be made without your requested add-ons.

Every Glitterally Obsessed tumbler is handmade with real glitter to give you the most sparkle! All of our tumblers are doubled walled stainless steel tumblers, these tumblers keep your drinks cold / hot much longer and do not sweat. Once completed every tumbler is coated in layers of FDA compliant food safe epoxy. This gives each tumbler a high gloss glass like brilliant smooth finish. Once the epoxy is fully cured the glitter will not come off or flake. Each tumbler comes branded with Glitterally Obsessed on the bottom of the cup to ensure you have a one of a kind custom cup made directly by us. If you purchase a cup with decals they are placed underneath epoxy to ensure it stays. Before send off each tumbler is thoroughly inspected one last time & will have pictures and videos taken prior to confirm perfect condition before your item arrives. Every tumbler purchase comes with a tumbler lid, reusable straw, tumbler care instructions, and a complimentary gift. 

Please remember all tumblers are glittered by hand. Every cup will be unique in its own way and slightly different from the other. No two cups will ever be the same. As with all handmade items, there may be slight imperfections, but this in no way affects the use or quality of the tumbler. We offer multiple cup sizes so each design will look slightly different on each tumbler.

Due to the custom nature of the products we sell we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Once you place your order all sales are final & the item cannot be changed or modified. Please see the FAQ section and read the terms and conditions for more information about our polices. By paying for your order you consent to a photo and video of your item being shared on all Glitterally Obsessed social media accounts.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before to placing your order. Before completing your purchase please make sure to check the cup size and personalization. Once you place your order you cannot make any changes to it or cancel the order.

Epoxied tumblers should be treated like glass. They are not crack proof and should be treated and handled carefully. Glitterally Obsessed cannot not be held responsible for any damages caused by the customer. If handled and treated with proper care your tumbler will last a very long time. Tumbler care cards come with every cup purchase to help remind customers of proper tumbler care.
